These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jelili platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on jelili, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document.
Binding Agreement
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jelili. Continued use of any part of the jelili platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one active jelili account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances accrued across those accounts without prior notice.
Taka Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals on jelili are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Minimum deposit is ৳200. jelili does not charge fees on standard payment transactions.
Transparent Bonus Rules
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus terms are never changed retroactively. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players accessing jelili from Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. They govern every interaction you have with the jelili platform — account registration, deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, participation in casino games and sports betting, claiming promotions, and all communications with jelili's support team.
jelili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jelili will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Eligibility and Account Registration
To register a jelili account and use the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. jelili operates exclusively as an adult entertainment platform. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering an account or placing any wager. jelili reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
- Jurisdiction: You must be accessing jelili from a location where online gaming activity is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction before registering.
- Single Account: You may hold only one registered jelili account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether in your own name or under a third party's details — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances associated with them forfeited.
- Accurate Information: All information provided during account registration must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and the mobile wallet details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered to your account. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
- Personal Use: Your jelili account is strictly for your personal use. You may not allow any other person to access, operate, or place wagers through your account. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account credentials.
- Not a jelili Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, or agents of jelili and its affiliated service providers are not eligible to hold active player accounts or participate in any promotions offered on the platform.
jelili reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage of the account lifecycle. During a KYC review, jelili may request copies of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or documentation confirming ownership of the payment method linked to your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is completed.
Deposits and Withdrawals
jelili processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (UCB). All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same name as the jelili account. jelili does not accept third-party deposits.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit on deposits, though jelili reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits for responsible gaming or security purposes.
- Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jelili account instantly under normal operating conditions. Delays caused by the payment provider's own system outages are outside jelili's control; however, jelili's support team will assist in resolving any delayed deposit within 24 hours of a reported issue.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal request is ৳500. Withdrawals are sent exclusively to the mobile wallet registered on your jelili account at the time of the request.
- Withdrawal Processing Time: jelili commits to processing approved withdrawal requests within 15 to 60 minutes during normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bangladesh public holidays.
- Withdrawal Verification: jelili may require identity and payment method verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a designated threshold. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and not a reflection on the player's standing.
- Transaction Fees: jelili does not charge fees on standard bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transactions. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees; jelili is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.
- Currency: All accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jelili does not support multi-currency accounts. All displayed game values, bonus amounts, and withdrawal figures are in BDT unless expressly stated otherwise.
jelili reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request where the transaction is flagged by the platform's fraud detection systems. In cases where fraudulent activity is confirmed, jelili will suspend the account, cancel the withdrawal, and retain all funds pending a formal investigation. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent payment activity will be permanently banned and relevant information may be shared with payment partners.
Bonuses and Promotions
jelili offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket tournaments, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's individual terms page. jelili does not change wagering requirements retroactively after a player has opted into a bonus.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games and certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates. The contribution percentages for each game category are stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and associated free spins carry an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice or compensation.
- One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. jelili may use IP address, device fingerprinting, and payment method matching to enforce this rule.
- Bonus Abuse: jelili actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, jelili reserves the right to void bonus funds, void associated winnings, and restrict future promotional access.
- Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only cash winnings derived from completing the stated wagering requirement on a bonus are eligible for withdrawal. Players may choose to forfeit an active bonus via their account settings at any time; however, any winnings generated while a bonus was active will be forfeited alongside the bonus if the wagering requirement has not been met.
Game Rules and Fair Play
All casino games and sports betting markets available on jelili are supplied by licensed third-party game studios and data providers. jelili does not develop or operate its own proprietary game software. Game outcomes on jelili are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems embedded within the software provided by studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These RNG systems are independently certified and cannot be influenced by jelili or by individual players.
- Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during an active game round, jelili reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the applicable stake to the player's account balance. Winnings generated during a verifiably malfunctioning game round are not payable. jelili's decision on malfunction-related disputes is final.
- Sports Betting Settlement: Sports betting markets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL Board, FIFA). In the event of result corrections issued by the governing body after initial settlement, jelili reserves the right to re-settle the affected market in accordance with the corrected result.
- Bet Acceptance: jelili reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the platform at its sole discretion, particularly where there is reasonable grounds to suspect irregular activity, use of automated betting software, or exploitation of pricing errors.
- Prohibited Strategies: The use of automated betting bots, arbitrage software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism designed to gain an unfair mathematical advantage over the platform is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be employing such strategies will be suspended and winnings generated through prohibited methods will be voided.
- Collusion: Any form of collusion between players — including chip dumping in poker, coordinated live casino betting strategies, or deliberate match manipulation — is prohibited. jelili cooperates with game providers and sports governing bodies to detect and report collusion where evidence is found.
jelili's game library is reviewed periodically to ensure all active titles meet the platform's minimum standards for certified fair play, return-to-player (RTP) accuracy, and technical reliability on Bangladesh mobile networks. If a game is found to be non-compliant during a review, it will be suspended from the jelili lobby until the issue is resolved with the game provider.
Account Suspension and Closure
jelili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of Terms: Any confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in fraudulent payment activity.
- Fraud or Money Laundering: Any reasonable suspicion that an account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. jelili complies with applicable financial crime prevention standards and will cooperate with relevant authorities where required.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) without first raising the matter with jelili's support team. Accounts subject to a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation, and any outstanding balance may be withheld.
- Bonus Abuse: Confirmed exploitation of jelili's promotional systems, including the use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion more than once.
- Self-Exclusion Request: At the player's own request via the responsible gaming self-exclusion tool available within account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected by the player.
- Regulatory or Legal Requirement: Where jelili is required to close or restrict an account by a legal obligation, court order, or instruction from a relevant authority.
Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not involving fraud or a terms breach), any verified real-money balance remaining on the account will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet within 5 business days. Bonus funds and wagering requirement balances are forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason for closure.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their jelili account in good standing may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. The support team will confirm account closure and initiate the return of any verified real-money balance within the stated timeframe.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
jelili is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all registered players across Bangladesh. Gambling on jelili is intended exclusively as a form of adult entertainment. It is not, and should never be treated as, a source of income, a financial safety net, or a method for recovering money lost in previous sessions.
jelili provides the following responsible gaming tools to every registered player, accessible at all times through the account settings dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.

To re-activate your account after the exclusion period, you must contact the support team directly and complete a reinstatement review.
jelili staff are trained to identify and respond to indicators of problem gambling. Where a member of the support team has genuine concern about a player's wellbeing based on their account activity or communications, jelili reserves the right to proactively apply temporary account restrictions in the interest of player protection — including without the player's prior request. Players will be notified of any such restriction applied and provided with guidance on next steps.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jelili's total cumulative liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the jelili platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- No Liability for Losses: jelili accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by players on the platform. All wagers are placed voluntarily, and the financial risk of gambling is borne entirely by the player. jelili does not guarantee winnings, profits, or return-to-player outcomes for any individual player session.
- Service Availability: jelili does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to its platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. jelili accepts no liability for losses claimed to result from platform downtime or delayed access.
- Third-Party Content: jelili's game library is provided by third-party studios. jelili accepts no liability for defects, errors, or malfunctions originating in third-party game software, beyond the obligations set out in Section 5 of these Terms.
- Device and Connectivity: jelili accepts no liability for poor game performance, failed wager placement, or data loss resulting from the player's own device, internet connection, or mobile network quality.
- Indirect Losses: Under no circumstances will jelili be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of anticipated profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from a player's use of or inability to use the jelili platform.
Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit jelili's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jelili's operating entity.
